Recyclaid, the commitment to the environment
Reuse of textile waste
There are tonnes of unpaired shoes, very low quality clothing, synthetic textile and waste like zips and buttons that the sorting factories send every month to waste reception centres for incineration.
In the urge to preserve the environment, Recyclaid is developing and supporting innovative projects aiming at adding value to specific unwanted textile items which are impossible to recycle as such.
We appealed to students from Faculties of Arts, from Slovak and Czech Universities for their creativity in this sense. We are committed to support them in their research and practical work and will be providing them with further support to enable the manufacture of recycled products, whenever possible.
